GENERAL INFORMATION

PRODUCTION TIME:  Normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks after factory acceptance of order.  Time may be longer if proofs are required or if padprinting in more than one location or more than one color.

RUSH ORDERS:  Please advise factory with details.

SHIPPING:  FOB Cumberland, RI 02864. 

SPLIT DESTINATION SHIPMENTS:  $20(G) each location.

OVER/UNDERRUNS:  All orders are subject to 10% overruns and under runs. 

EXACT QUANTITY ORDERS:  $50(G).

RETURNS:  No returns accepted without factory authorization.

CLAIMS:  Must be made no later than 1 month after shipment.

SAMPLES:  Random samples of most items are available upon request at no charge.    Please provide your UPS/FEDEX number with your  request.

SPECIAL QUOTES:  Larger quantity prices negotiated.  Please call our factory.

TERMS:  NET 30 days upon credit approved customers.

CREDIT CARDS:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

PHONE & HAND-WRITTEN ORDERS:  Factory is not responsible for errors on oral or handwritten orders.

IMPRINT PROCESS:  REQUIREMENTS AND CHARGES

C:  CLOISCRAFT with epoxy dome.  DIE CHARGE:  $50(G) for the first color and $13(G) for each additional color.  Maximum of 4 colors not including background.  Setup charge for Full Color, 4-Color process or jobs with 5 or more colors is $100(G).

L:  LASER ENGRAVING:  Setup charge is $45(G).

SE:  SOFT ENAMEL:  Setup charge is $75(G).  Prices include up to 3 colors.  Please add $.04(G) extra per color per piece.

PP:  PADPRINT:  PLATE CHARGE - $50(G) per color.  SET-UP CHARGES for additional colors - $13(G).  EXTRA COLOR        RUNNING CHARGE - $.20(G) per color per piece.

LS:  LASER SCAN:  Setup cost is $100(G).  Please note that when printing “whites” on this technique, the whites will look “clear” and you will see through the material.

CM:  CAST MEDALLION DIE CHARGE - $200(G).

CC:  COMPU-CAST MEDALLION DIE CHARGE - $60(G).

S:  SILKSCREEN:  SCREEN CHARGE is $60(G) per color.  SET-UP CHARGES for additional colors - $13(G).  EXTRA COLOR RUNNING CHARGE - $.20(G).

ART CHARGES:  Charges will be assessed for time incurred to recreate when necessary at $50(G) per hour.  We will contact you if this is necessary.

ELECTRONIC ARTWORK:  Black and white/Lineart may be sent as a tiff or jpeg at 600 DPI.  Photographs, colored artwork, and grayscales should be sent as a tiff or jpeg at 355 DPI.  Drawings and/or type may be sent via Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or Corel Draw 9.0 as a .PDF file.  All artwork should be within 100% true scale.

A copy of the artwork must be faxed or mailed with your PO number prior to sending via e-mail.  Please reference your e-mail with your PO number and your company name.  We are a PC based company and unfortunately we do not accept Macintosh files.

INDIVIDUAL BAGS:  $.05(G).

PRODUCT PROOFS:  $50(G) (unless otherwise specified in catalog) plus art, die, product cost, and shipping costs.

FAX PROOF:  Provided at no charge upon request.

LESS THAN MINIMUM:  $50(G).  Absolute minimum is 75% of our lowest catalog quantity.

PMS MATCHING:  We do not match PMS colors, but we do get close to 95% of all colors.

OFFSHORE QUOTATIONS:  Many of our items can be printed offshore.  If you have the time (approximately 90 – 120 days), we can secure a competitive quote with the printing being done offshore.  Please check our website at www.keytagline.com or   contact our factory for further info or email details to markr@perryblackburne.com. 

PRICE CHANGES:  Due to unexpected price fluctuations on materials overseas, it may be necessary to increase prices without notice.  We will never charge you a higher price without contacting you first.  Please check with our factory for current pricing.
